Synopsis of the Wind Rising
It was a turbulent time, war, hunger, disease, natural disasters, the shadow of death over the world, but can not block the heart flashed the light of dreams and hopes. Jiro Horikoshi (Anno Hideaki), an ordinary Japanese teenager, is obsessed with flying in the sky, and dreams that he and Italian aircraft designer Caproni (Nomura Mansai) become friends and enjoy the fun of flying.
