The plot introduction of the British duel……
Kwan Yu-ming (Jackie Chan) and his daughter Xiao Fan (Leung Pei-shi) live in London, England. Guan Yuming runs a small restaurant and works hard to support his family, never thinking of violating the law or morality. However, God does not favor this kind man, in a terrorist attack, Xiao Fan unfortunately became one of the victims.
In addition to her daughter’s death, Guan Yuming could not accept the British government’s contempt and inaction on this incident. Senior government official Lem (Pierce Brosnan) appears in Guan’s vision, and he is convinced that Lem is indissoluble to the terrorist organization and the truth of the incident. Since law and justice can not return a fair Guan Yuming, Guan Yuming decided to use his own strength to avenge his daughter.
