In an abandoned factory on the outskirts of town, a film crew is shooting a crude zombie movie. Director Tayuki Hikuki (Tayuyuki Hamazu) is angry with the performance of his lead actress, Matsumoto Fonaka (Akiyama ゆずき), so he goes on a rampage and shouts. At the suggestion of crew member Harumi (しゅはまはるみ), the production is temporarily suspended.
During a break, Harumi tells Matsumoto and the actor Kazuaki Kamiya (Kazuaki Nagaya), who plays a zombie, about the factory’s horrors during World War II. At that moment, the ominous noise suddenly came, and not long after, a staff member suddenly appeared as a zombie and began to bite the other crew members. The cast and crew flee in all directions, while the frantic director raises the camera and begins filming his dream movie.
