Synopsis of Midnight in Paris
Jill (Owen Wilson) and his fiancee Inez (Rachel McAdams) are on vacation in Paris with her in-laws. He wanted to stay in Paris to finish his first novel, but Inez and her parents were adamant against it. At a dinner, Inez meets former classmates Paul and his wife, and they travel together. Paul flaunts around and talks to the tour guide (Carla Bruni), to Jill’s disgust. At midnight, he was walking alone in the streets of Paris when he was attracted by a passing carriage. He arrives at a celebrity party in a carriage and accidentally meets Hemingway, Picasso, Fitzgerald, Dali (Adrien Brody), Stein (Kathy Bates), and others. And he has a crush on Adriana (Marion Cotillard), Picasso’s and Modigliari’s lover. He loves it, and everything that happens makes him fall hopelessly in love with the city of Paris…
