Synopsis of Dog Town
A closed-off, old-fashioned American town crashes into a mysterious woman named Grace (Nicole Kidman). She’s beautiful and kind, and she’s on the run. Tom, a writer in the town, urged the villagers to keep the woman and let her temporarily escape the difficulties in the town. But the condition was that Grace would do all kinds of farm work to pay for it. The people agree, only to find out later that Grace is a wanted fugitive. They had to get rid of Grace, and finally agreed that if she worked harder, she could stay.
Grace worked day and night, and eventually something bad happened. A townsman raped Grace after a police raid. Dirty things started: people began to insult her at will, even Tom, also unveiled the mask of kindness, Grace became a town dog, work, suffer, the kind heart has gradually changed. The people of the town could not have imagined that the mysterious life of this woman would make the humiliation of the moment become the disaster of the future.
