Synopsis of the Cat and Mouse game
Frank (Leonardo DiCaprio) is the youngest man ever wanted by the FBI. He has a vast array of criminal methods, an extraordinary ability to disguise his identity, and he has left a trail of crimes almost everywhere in the United States.
