Twenty-seven-year-old office worker Daichi Kawaji (Matsuyama Kenichi) rushes back to his hometown to attend his grandfather’s funeral, and unexpectedly meets his grandfather’s illegitimate daughter – beautiful and poor Kaga Rin (Ashida Aina). Rin naturally fails to gain the approval of the Kaga family, but attracts the attention and sympathy of Daikyo.
