Synopsis of Iron Man 2
Iron Man Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) He refused to hand over the latest technology at a congressional hearing. At the same time, he discovered that the tiny electric arc reactor in his chest was rapidly causing palladium poisoning in his blood. Frustrated, Tony hands over the presidency of Stark Corporation to secretary Poz (Gwyneth Paltrow), who is in charge of the ongoing Stark Expo in New York. Potts brings in his assistant Natalie (Scarlett Johansson) from the legal department to take care of Tony. Tony’s high-profile appearances in front of the media arouse the resentment of Ivan (Mickey Rourke), the son of his father’s former colleague. In order to exact revenge, he took over from his father and developed a suit comparable to the steel suit. Ivan’s technology catches the attention of Tony’s rival, arms dealer Justin Hammer (Sam Rockwell), who manages to hijack Ivan out of prison to secretly study replacing Iron Man.
