Synopsis of Seven Samurai
In the Warring States Period of Japan, a small mountain village faced with the threat of mountain thieves, in order to protect the autumn harvest, the village elders decided to ask the samurai to protect the village, but the only reward is three meals of white rice a day. In the city, they were blindfolded and even beaten by the samurai. Until the appearance of Kanbing Wei (Shimura Joe), he has now become a ronin, after several considerations finally agreed. He tells the peasants that at least seven samurai are needed, so six of them, Kuzo (Seiji Miyaguchi), Katsushiro (Kimura Gong), Goro (Inaba Yoshio), Shiro (Katto Daisuke), Hira (Minoru Chiaki), and Kikuchiyo (Toshiro Mifune), join the team, and the seven are tasked with defending the village.
