Synopsis of the Butterfly Effect
Ivan (Ashton Kutcher) had a bad childhood because of his bad behavior, which made his childhood full of memories. In fact, he did have only a vague recollection of the terrible scenes that had haunted his normal life. Ivan accepted the psychologist’s advice to write down the trivial life in a notepad, but accidentally found that through the notepad back to the past.
Then he clearly remembered that he had done so many wrong things in his childhood. He fantasizes about using his current consciousness to dive into his childhood body to make up for the harm caused by various mistakes, especially hoping to finally walk back together with the secret love Casey. However, his changes across time and space again can only lead to more and more irredeemable real world. Everything is like a butterfly effect, affecting the whole body.
